The welfare and safety of operatives is now the core objective when planning and completing any on-site project or scheme. The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) requires that Clients and Principal Contractors must ensure workers are provided with suitable welfare facilities for the duration of construction work.
Welfare units provide water for flushing toilets and hot running water for washing: producing many litres of waste water that needs regular removal and disposal. We maintain and service Welfare Units in a safe and regulated way; mindful of busy site traffic and machinery. Many Welfare Units are positioned in isolated locations and our operators are trained to access and service these units with minimal disruption to site activities.
Universal Tanker Solutions continue to service high quality Welfare Units to many blue chip and domestic contractors who choose to contract with us. We have built an enviable reputation, servicing self-contained, stand-alone units and our continued high level of support means many customers have grown to rely on us.
All our drivers have been trained to conform to current health and safety legislation and can carry out method statements and risk assessments on request.
